We work regularly with auction houses and fine art valuers across the South East, so if there are antiques, collections or valuables in the estate we can arrange for them to be transported to auction. Usable furniture and household goods can go to a charity you choose, and the remainder is cleared and recycled responsibly.
Coordinated with the professionals
If you are an executor or solicitor managing an estate, we can liaise directly with you and the estate agent, provide references, and work to the dates you need for probate and sale. Many of our clearances come by recommendation from solicitors and auctioneers for exactly this reason.
