As part of our probate and estate service we can assist with the full property clearance, the secure storage of family possessions, and the transportation of items to family members or to auction houses. We work at your pace: if you need time to find paperwork, photographs or keepsakes before anything is moved, that comes first. Nothing leaves the house until you are ready.

Every family is different. Some want the house cleared quickly so they can move forward; others need time. We listen first, agree a plan that suits you, and never rush you. Important documents, jewellery, photographs and small treasures are found and set aside for you before any clearing begins.
Valuations, auction and charity
We work regularly with auction houses and fine art valuers across the South East, so if there are antiques, collections or valuables in the estate we can arrange for them to be transported to auction. Usable furniture and household goods can go to a charity you choose, and the remainder is cleared and recycled responsibly.
Coordinated with the professionals
If you are an executor or solicitor managing an estate, we can liaise directly with you and the estate agent, provide references, and work to the dates you need for probate and sale. Many of our clearances come by recommendation from solicitors and auctioneers for exactly this reason.

I am so grateful to Wayne, Richard, Simon, Justin and Paul of Clear House Moves. Yesterday I moved my furniture and belongings into my new home. They made a huge job look easy!
