Our clearance service includes the complete removal of contents including any outbuildings.
As standard we clean the entire property even down to the removal of pictures hooks if required.
The properties will always be left in a presentable state including hoovering and swept throughout.
There are a number of factors that affect the cost of a house clearance, these include labour i.e the number of staff required, disposal costs of any items and the re-sale value of any items. This is why we offer a quotation service so our pricing is transparent. If there are items we can re-sell we will make an offer for these, this price is then offset against any goods that remain and will need to be cleared.
